Michael Lamport Commons 
Michael is a behavioral scientist and an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. He is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder of Core Complexity Assessments (CCA). The company is based on the Model of Hierarchical Complexity, developed by Dr. Commons and other in 1980. To date he has published over 200+ peer-reviewed articles. Michael holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics from UCLA and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University. He is also the President and Director of Dare Association, a nonprofit research organization.
Patrice Marie Miller
Patrice has been a professor of Psychology at Salem State University for over twenty years. She is the Chief Financial Officer of CCA. She has published peer reviewed journal articles on social development in young children, attachment, parenting, and the applications of the Model of Hierarchical Complexity. Patti holds a BA in Psychology from NYU and a doctorate in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
Terri Lee Robinett
Terri brings years of experience in corporate training, development, sales, and enablement in Fortune 100 companies such as SAP, Sun Microsystems, Thomson Software Products, and Xerox Corporation. She is the President at Core Complexity Assessments and in charge of Sales and Marketing. Prior to CCA she held teaching positions at colleges in Arizona and California. Terri holds a BS from Iowa State University in Psychology, a MS in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University, a MS in Educational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University.
Saranya Ramakrishnan
Saranya is the Vice President of Core Complexity Assessments and focuses on Operations and Product development. She manages employees and interns working on programming, web design, research, market research and sales initiatives. She is currently working on developing a tool that matches co-founders of startups using behavioral insights. In the past she has held research positions at Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Saranya holds a BA in Biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College.
Edward Martens
Edward is the Vice President of Sales. He brings years of marketing and sales experience to our team. He has worked to build many different businesses in both the US and Europe to their full potential.
Sarthak Giri
Sarthak is a Consultant & Product Manager at Core Complexity Assessments. At CCA he is involved in consulting and product development. Prior to joining CCA, Sarthak held various positions in corporate finance. He holds a BASc in Accounting and Financial Economics.
Mansi Shah
Mansi Shah is a User Researcher at Core Complexity Assessments. She is responsible for designing and conducting user research, and identifying the best method based on research goals and resources. She is also responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative (participatory design) and evaluative (usability testing) research.
